Willow Valley did a great job these past few days of the snowstorms.  During the storms they were out nightly and thru the day as well and then today I saw her crews scraping the ice away, something no other grounds crew ever did for us. 

Their crews were out today doing the unexpected having her workers come around to clean and scrap up the compacted ice that forms around the vehicles and walkways. This extra service shows a degree of professionalism, not seen in most companies.
